Exposure Soccer Training has been serving athletes in Maryland since 2014. All of our trainers are USSF licensed and experienced working with athletes of all ages and skill level. Many of our trainers are current or former collegiate athletes and know what it takes to compete at a high level.

EST believes that development happens best with a stimulating and dynamic approach. Our trainers strive to make each training session engaging and challenging. Combined with hard work and consistency, EST training sessions will help any athlete reach his or her highest potential.
